广东省深圳市中小学生运动伤害知信行现况及健康教育调查

摘要:

目的了解广东省深圳市中小学生运动伤害认知和行为情况,为开展针对性的健康教育提供依据。方法采用二阶段分层整群抽样方法,抽取深圳市中小学生3482名,调查其伤害相关知识及安全行为情况,分析不同人群的伤害认知和行为特征。结果 30.9%的学生知道如何进行准备活动;49.9%和10.5%的学生知道如何处理擦伤和扭伤。分别有29.7%、18.9%、37.2%、47.3%和38.7%的学生从不检查运动场地、运动器械,经常或偶尔模仿很有难度的动作、嬉戏打闹或攀爬较高运动器械。多数认知问题中女生认知程度高于男生,初中生高于小学生(P<0.05或P<0.01)。危险行为方面男生高于女生,初中生高于小学生(P<0.01)。结论中小学生的健康教育应根据不同人群特点,有针对性地开展预防运动伤害的具体知识和技能的健康教育。

Objective To explore knowledge,attitude,and practice of sports injuries among elementary and middle school students in Shenzhen of Guangdong Province,and to provide reference for further health education.Methods Using the cluster sampling method,3482 students were sampled from Shenzhen schools.The participants were surveyed on the knowledge of injury and behaviors related to sports injuries.Results 30.9% of the sampled students knew how to warm-up,and 49.9% knew how to treat bruises and 10.5% knew how to treat sprain.29.7% never checked sports venues,and 18.9% never checked sports equipments.The percentages of often or occasionally imitating difficult movements,playing and fighting,and climbing tall equipments were 37.2%,47.3%,and 38.7%,respectively.The girls’ knowledge level of sports injuries was higher than boys’,and the junior student’ was higher than pupils’(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Boys and junior students were more likely to have more risky behaviors(P<0.01).Conclusion In order to prevent and control sports injuries of school students,effective targeting health education must be carried out according to school students’ knowledge and behavior characteristics.
