2010年深圳市企业员工健康素养现状调查

摘要:

目的了解深圳市企业员工健康素养水平及其影响因素,为制定企业健康教育与健康促进方案提供依据。方法采用多层随机抽样方法,抽取深圳市7个区7家企业1356名员工进行健康素养现状调查。结果深圳市企业员工健康素养平均分值为45.5,健康素养及格率仅15.5%。功能性、互动性和分析性健康素养的得分率分别为56.9%、44.5%和35.6%。公共卫生、职业卫生和医疗卫生健康素养的得分率分别为49.7%,34.0%和55.6%。企业员工的年龄、性别、婚姻状况、工作岗位、每周工作时长、户籍类型、接受卫生培训情况、外出工作时长、收入、接收健康相关材料、获取健康信息态度、文化程度均影响健康素养水平。结论企业员工健康素养水平偏低,需要通过提高企业员工获得健康信息积极性、普及职业卫生健康教育等方式提高健康素养

Objective To understand the status of health literacy and factors among employees of Shenzhen City,and to provide evidence for developing the health education and promotion measures of enterprises.Methods 1356 employees of 7 enterprises from 7 districts of Shenzhen City were selected by multi-stage random sampling and investigated by questionnaires.Results The average score of health literacy was 45.5 among employees in Shenzhen City.The proportion of subjects who had a score over 60 was only 15.5%.The average score rate of functional,interactive and critical health literacy were 56.9%,44.5% and 35.6% respectively.The average score rate of public health,occupation and medical health literacy were 49.7%,34.0% and 55.6% respectively.Health literacy of employees was influenced by age,gender,marital status,job position,average working duration each week,kinds of Hukou,health training,working duration out of home,income,attitude to obtaining health information,and degree of education.Conclusion Health literacy of employees was low in Shenzhen City and should be improved by improving the employees’ attitude to obtaining health information and enhancing occupation health education.
